A Culture of Ethics and Compliance

Our Company has established a formal Ethics and Compliance Program to promote a culture of ethics and compliance throughout our organization. Our program is based on shared experience and best practices. It provides a framework to ensure business is conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Ethics and Compliance Office is responsible for administering the program. This includes our Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance Policies, Communications, Training, Risk Assessments, Investigations, and our Ethics and Compliance Helpline. Most importantly, we are here to help you do the right thing. If you ever have questions about how to interpret our Code of Conduct, a policy or a situation that you think may pose a problem, contact a member of the Ethics and Compliance Office.
