We Are Committed to Meeting the Highest Standards of Ethics and Compliance
At a minimum, we follow the laws, rules, and company policies that apply to us.
We also follow the highest ethical standards, even when there’s no specific law or policy. Our Code provides guidance and resources to help us follow through on these ethical standards – Inspiring Purpose in All We Do.
Our Code is a practical document. It is not a list of rules. Rather, it is a resource to help each of us act according to our Core Values as we fulfill our Company’s Purpose. The guidance outlined in the Code helps us better understand the ethics and compliance risks we face as a Company and the measures that have been put in place to minimize those risks. Because the Code can’t cover every situation we might face at work, it provides a framework for making ethical decisions
